Setup a new period.  This will backup contribution data to floppies and ³³      remove the contribution data from the active database.  The names of    ³³      individuals and the account titles will not be removed, only the contri-³³      butions.  Use this opt after printing individual contribution reports.  ³³  2.  Temporarily use old data that was stored to disk from option 1.         ³³  3.  You're finished using old data from option 2.  Use current data again.  ³³  4.  Remove all names, account titles and all other contribution data.  Use  ³³      this option as a starting point for first using the program in your     ³³      church.  Then you can then load the empty databases.                    ³³  5.  Change the church name, address, phone etc.                             ³³  6.  Remove contributions for a time period.
